BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT
MANNED GUARDING (SECURITY) - £35-40k basic - £50-55k OTE Uncapped –
LONDON AND SURROUNDS
THE ROLE: You will be selling the full range of security services into high end corporate accounts on a new business basis, managing and developing the client to ensure the client is offered high service levels and that all business is retained and growth achieved.
THE COMPANY: Leader within the provision of manned guarding security offerings. The right candidate will see big commission payments and a long term career path.
THE CANDIDATE: You must have 3-5 years business-to-business field sales experience within manned guarding or outsourced facility services. A very stable track record is required along with a highly personable and trustworthy nature. You must be a team player who is able to liaise with internal departments and build rapport at every stage of the process. You will have had experience of dealing with high value corporate accounts and managing the complete sales cycle from inception to completion. You will need to be IT literate with a real want to join a company and be part of their long term growth plans.
