Job Description:
The Role:
• Deliver sales growth in accordance with the overall company growth strategy
• Responsibility for the complete sales cycle, identifying key accounts and developing selling contacts with them. This involves understanding clients’ strategies and requirements and developing key account plans where appropriate, to ensure that business potential is maximised
• Identifying opportunities for account penetration and new business and developing team activity plans to achieve/exceed targets
• Active participation in bids for major client contracts through the RFP process
The Candidate:
• Proven success in a business development role effective at all stages from initial prospecting to contract signature.
• Strong track record in a business development role in services sector, having secured major contracts for complex products or services
• Experience of coordinating teams and delivering presentations at board level
• Proactive and self-reliant but capable of working within a team and within a compliance-focused organisation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office : producing and formatting own documents
• College/University degree in Business or Management
• 3 + years senior sales experience
• Ability to speak more than one European language
• Experience in relocation or related industry
